Yay! A good place to eat in Metrotown!

 A lot of tables crammed in, still with waits. Good dim sum prices, a little pricey for dinner though. Service is very good (really) for a Chinese restaurant.

The food here is very good, tasty and not overcooked or oily.

 Each flavor can be tatsed and there is nothing that overwhelms or offends the taste buds.

I've been here many times over the years (dim sum exclusively) and was never a place I ended up going to consistently for whatever reason.
