Nyla：Did you hear what happened to Larry and Jill？Well, they broke up again.

Tony：Oh, man. They keep going back and forth.

like a moth to a flame
moth是「蛾」，flame指「火焰」，like a moth to a flame字面意為「飛蛾撲火」。本俚語譬喻人明知某事物有危險，但卻無法抵抗它致命吸引力（fatal attraction），以致奮不顧身而自取滅亡，也可引伸指徒勞無功，一開始便「注定失敗」的行為。
