Customer：I like this phone the best. What kind of guarantee does it have?
顧客︰我最「呷意」這隻手機。它有什麼保固呢？
Clerk：It has a one-year guarantee period. During that time, any problems with it can be fixed by the manufacturer.
店員︰它有1年保固期。這段期間手機如有任何問題，皆由廠商負責修理。
Customer：Do you have any phones with a two-year guarantee?
顧客︰那你們有2年保固的手機嗎？
Clerk：The phones in the front row of the display case all have a two-year guarantee.
店員︰展示櫃最前排手機都有2年保固。

以下介紹跟顧客說明保固期間，產品出問題之解決方式的其它說法：
