Customer：I can't seem to find any fans. Do you carry them？

Clerk：Yes, we do. They are upstairs next to the kitchen appliances. Follow me.
店員：我們有賣。它們在樓上的廚具區旁。跟我來。
Customer：Oh！There they are.
顧客：喔！我總算找到了。
Clerk：We have these three models here and one more on the display shelf on the wall.
店員：這裡有這3種款式，在牆上的展示架上還有1種。
Customer：Thank you for helping me to find them.
顧客：謝謝你幫我找到它們。

△有時候就算您說得口沫橫飛，顧客還是搞不懂商品到底在哪裡，這時不如採取實際行動，直接帶顧客到商品所在地。以下介紹帶路時請顧客跟著您的其他說法：
*This way, please.= Right this way,
please. 這邊請。
*If you'd follow me. 請跟我來。
*I’ll show you the way（there）.= I’ll take you there. 我帶您過去。
例：Customer：Excuse me, can you tell me where I can find computers？
（顧客：不好意思，你可以告訴我電腦擺在哪裡嗎？）
Clerk：This way, please.（店員：這邊請。）
