Clerk：I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I'll make sure it's right this time.

出錯餐的道歉方式尚有以下幾句：
▲Sorry about the mistake/blunder. 關於這個錯誤∕疏失真的很抱歉。
▲I apologize for the error. 我為這個錯誤道歉。
▲It's too bad this happened. Let me fix the problem right away.　發生這種事真是太糟糕了。我馬上替您處理。
▲I feel terrible that this happened. I'll guarantee we'll have the correct order ready in just a few minutes.　我很抱歉發生這種事。我保證幾分鐘內就給您換正確的餐點。
▲I take responsibility for the mistake and promise it won't happen again.我會為這個錯誤負責，並保證下不為例。

★right vt.糾正（錯誤）& a.正確的
例：Sorry for the mistake. I'll right the wrong in a second.（抱歉我犯了這個錯誤。我馬上更正過來。）
例：The cheeseburger is delicious. I'm glad that I made the right decision.（這個起士漢堡很好吃。我真高興選對了。）
★inconvenience n.不便，麻煩
＊convenience n.方便，便利
例：The floods caused a lot of inconvenience for everyone on that street.（淹水給那條街上每個人造成諸多不便。）
★oops int. 哎呀（表示驚訝、狼狽、謝罪，或出了小錯時等的叫聲）
★appreciate vt.感激
注意：appreciate 表「感激」時，其後不能以「人」當受詞。
例：Thank you for your help. I appreciate you. (X)
→ Thank you for your help. I appreciate it. (○)
（謝謝你的協助。我很感激。）
例：Laura appreciates all that you have done for her.
（蘿拉很感激你為她所做的一切。）
