全麥肉包

第一次嘗試做肉包

我知道技巧在於發麵發的好不好,
但是,看多.說多,都不如自己做一次,
所以,就以少量的麵粉,試做一次!
這一次麵粉約發了四小時,但是,我並不滿意,
口感像是發麵發的不夠,
但是,步驟倒是清楚了,
反正,第一次試做,能吃就算偷笑了...
蒸第一鍋包子,前兩個麵粉團切的太大了,
所以,看起來像大肉包,
後面的就像小籠包了,
我以為蒸的過程中還會發酵一次,多少會變大,
但是並沒有ㄋ!
總共做了十五個全麥包子,是牛肉餡的...
還拿捏的不好所以有大有小,包的技巧也不夠熟練
還好沒散開!
試吃一個,嗯....勉勉強強...
下一次,再接再勵啦!

這個讚啦!! 看起來不錯吃,厲害厲害, 我也好久沒吃到肉包了....可是我不會發麵

以前我也以為很難
但是試過後並不難ㄟ
第二次發就很成功了
買酵母包 照說明做而已

Ho..ho...No...
The next day my arms were really sore.
Then I took one day off without cooking anything. If I make a living by selling them, I would need one month off after one week businees.
I think I do need training to make my arms stronger. That is why I made some again after one day break!
Practice makes perfect!!
