Poland - - KRAWKOW
很高興知道Krawkow沒有涉及第二次世界大戰，該城市保留和以前一樣，參加walking tour，參觀以下的景點：
1. Wawel Hill: Royal castle and CAthedral-the residence of Polish King
2. Cloth Hall:ancient trade and commerce centre，現在是紀念品市場
3. St.Mary’s Church: Krawkow is the only city whre the mediaval tradition of palying an artherm live is still pratised. A bugle call is played from its top every hour to the four sides of compass. 每到整點時，在教堂項端後右方，會有個Artist現在吹笛，據說該教堂沒有電梯，整個教堂只有三個Artist，輪流整點到項端吹笛。我們就站在那里等他吹笛後來像他揮揮手。該教堂是整個東歐行程最漂亮，尤其教堂里面的high alter，簡直就是美到掉渣! The church is famous for its high alter, the work of Veit Stoss, the largest alter in Europe, made of linden wood, the alter represent three scenes from the life of virgin, the Dormition, the Assumption and The coronation.
4. Jewish District
下午又到Wieliczka Salt Mines, all made of salt, including stairs, banister, altar and chandeliers. 1978年被列入UNESCO list，值到一看，在Krawkow郊區。Salt Mines 是世界上難得一見的內陸地下鹽池，26個鹽礦間僅有小徑相通，路線錯綜複雜，還好鹽區有特別的規劃參觀路線並有專門的英語解說員，否則我們一定迷路，整個參觀路線約需2小時。
午餐時找到一家感覺不錯的餐廳，一進去就走到該餐廳最posh的那一層，一看menu和在外面看的不一樣，價格差十萬八千里…還好我們臉皮夠厚，一看menu不對，立即問清楚，才了解到在這里同一餐廳室內室外不同層有不同的menu不同的價格，我們隨即換到室外，在陽光底下，享受著免費的街頭音樂，吃著波蘭傳統美食，又是一大享受。普遍這里的消息較低，在old town的squre 喝cocktail只要10PL。
