It’s like the coffee misses the hole in the lid of carafe; losing about 1/4-1/2 cup coffee each time. cannot fill water reservoir above 9-10 cup mark; that’s when it seems to leak more. also lose 1/2 cup or so b/c all the coffee does not pour out unless you remove lid and hold upside down; this thermal carafe is heavy. I’m very disappointed to say the least.
