【台灣醒報記者楊蕓台北報導】「馬英九三中案被起訴，根本是蔡政府在民調聲望直落、民怨四起的此刻，試圖用起訴馬前總統轉移焦點。」前總統馬英九因被指涉入「三中案」，10日遭北檢起訴，馬辦發言人徐巧芯痛批北檢甘為政治打手而羅織罪名；立法院國民黨團更質疑「政治指揮辦案」，三中案4年前已確認並無不法，民進黨政府上台後卻重啟調查，執政黨務要入罪馬英九之心「昭然若揭」。
「三中案」是2006年時，前行政院長游錫堃等人告發中影、中廣、中視遭國民黨以40億元將股權賤賣給榮麗公司，再與榮麗公司聯手處分三中資產，由榮麗公司依實際處分資產所得，結算價金給國民黨，幫助國民黨出脫黨產，涉嫌背信、侵占、洗錢等罪，2014年特偵組調查後認定「查無不法」簽結，但政黨輪替後，北檢重起爐灶調查。
台北地檢署10日召開記者會對外宣布偵查結果，檢方認定，國民黨涉嫌賤賣中影、中廣、中視公司及舊黨部大樓股權，時任黨主席的馬英九都知情，因此依《證券交易法》非常規交易、特別背信、刑法背信等罪起訴馬英九、中投前董事長張哲琛及總經理汪海清等6人。
國民黨中央黨部稍早發佈新聞稿回應，北檢「突襲式」起訴馬英九，讓人質疑檢方擔任政治打手，除了欲入罪於馬英九外，實在想不出北檢起訴的合理理由，已羞辱司法獨立公正招牌；立法院國民黨團則表示，三中案歷經特偵組5任檢察官、3任檢察總長，當時已確認並無不法，卻在民進黨政府上台後重啟調查，企圖入罪馬英九之心「昭然若揭」，也不免讓人有「政治指揮辦案」的質疑。
「蔡政府在民調聲望直落、民怨四起的此刻，利用起訴馬英九轉移焦點。」馬英九辦公室發言人徐巧芯痛批，北檢用今日黨產條例標準，去羅織13年前還是國民黨的自有合法資產，更一再對媒體洩漏偵查機密，還稱馬行使法律賦予的緘默權是對國人的不良示範，最後更以馬英九「態度不佳、飾詞狡辯」請法院從重量刑，「難道為自己辯護無罪就是『飾詞狡辯』嗎？」
「司法的獨立性不該因為選戰而動搖。」國民黨立委江啟臣表示，三中案出售有其時空背景，在沒有考量時空背景的困難下，以去脈絡化檢視國民黨，是民進黨鬥爭的一貫伎倆，「北檢不厭其煩地找尋新的切入點，將原本已經偵結的案子重新起訴，也讓人感覺到不同於一般的針對性，」他呼籲檢察機關扮演好公正客觀的角色，不要讓政治介入司法。
