23 N: a little ashy, seawater, peaty from begin, then some of fresh white fruits, green apple, litchi, lemon zest, white grape, very complexes and elegant
22 T: light, some medicine powder, spices, some lemon, fruit acid, oil, clean and fresh, some orange peels and ginger in the middle of tongue
22 B: good balanced both for N & T, young but charming, a wonderful bot.
Caol Ila 2000/
C: light yellow
21 N: some sea wind, a little sea salt, peaty, lemon peels, followed by some
23 T: light, good texture and strength, a little dry and spicy, full of peat sweet, cocoa, chocolate and white peppers, very oil, some hint of mint
21 B: balanced, a classic Caol Ila w/ heavily peat, very enjoyable, strong, young w/ good strength. A must try of
Lochside 1981/
C: yellow
22 N: nutty, biscuit, some citrus, lemon peels, a little medicine powder, glycerol, fresh oil
22 T: medium, round and smooth, a little tobacco, nutty grass, some white chocolate
22 B: good balanced both for N&T, very easy to drink, a little pity due to lack of variant at the end, still expected..

C: yellow gold
22 N: some ALC, then ripe fruits, citrus, almond, nutty, baked wood, then some peaty, peanut bread, vanilla and cream
22 T: full, very good texture and strength, rounded w/ a little smoky, salty, some citrus, apricot, spices, then some nutty, baled almond
22 B: good balanced, a classic Caol Ila, round and smooth, very enjoyable, give me another shot!
Bunnahabhain
C: dark amber
22 N: some elegant rich sherry, then some plum, chocolate raisin, orange, cocoa, deep and rich, cream, cinnamons, walnut, complexes
23 T: full, round and smooth, good impact and strength, some plum, grapefruit, good tannins, wood cask, hint of smoky in the mouth, very interesting!
23 B: very good balanced both for nosing and tasting. A sherry monster!
Macduff 2000 10yo C#5800 56.6% Exclusive Malts 319Bts
C: amber
21 N: plum, chocolate, baked coffee bean, a little smoky, baked bacon, some BBQ, hint of animal leather
22 T: light->medium, round and smooth, good impact, some baked coffee bean, then some ripe fruits, good intense
22 B: good balanced, young and active! A few more years, it will be really superb Macduff!

22 B: good balanced both for N&T, round and smooth, an elegant Glenlivet

20 N: malty, a little medicine powder, ginger, cream, vanilla, then some biscuit,
20 T: medium, ginger, cream, some bitterness of citrus peels, then some syrup, orange juice
21 B: balanced, elegant and smooth, better for nosing. A little more freshness after add some water
Ardbeg Alligator 51.2% OB
C: yellow
22 N: heavily charred smoky, malty, vanilla, obvious fresh leather, some peanut, heavily peat, a little lemon peels, green apple peels, very clean white American oak
21 T: light->medium, a little salty, dry, creamy, vanilla, big smoke w/ fresh oak wood
21 B: balanced, wood cask influence! Ashy, tarry, tree peels at the end?
Ardbeg Rollercoaster 57.3%
C: yellow
22 N: fresh and fragrant oak influenced, some peat, vanilla, fresh cream, then lightly raisin, citrus, peanut, a little pepper, sea weed, active
22 T: light -> medium, good texture and strength, vanilla, peat, some white chocolate, lemon peels, round and good impact aftertaste
21 B: good balanced more complexes and variant and interest than Alligator
Ardbeg Very Young 58.3%
C: light yellow
22 N: some fresh grass, green apple peels, ginger, then some sea weed, spices, peaty, young and active
21 T: light, good tannins, some wood cask, white chocolate, cocoa, fresh grass, and a little ginger, also good texture
21 B: balanced, still active. A nice peat young monster
