這支常見的Bourbon,很多人家裡都有,但常喝不完.Mordie當天示範了約五種用這支bourbon做為基酒的調酒,相當不錯,雖然不知道名字,但個人最喜歡的是第二款用紅酒杯裝的,裡頭放一支迷迭香並且有一點薄荷味的那杯(其實已經忘了怎麼做了),感覺非常適合夏天飲用,令人心曠神怡,十分涼爽舒服. 給這杯酒最高分, 哈~~

Gentleman Jack NAS 40% OB
C: Gold
20 N: 玉米穀類,柑桔,ginger,金桔檸檬+酸梅,變化較少
19 T: spicy, a little dry, light body, high ALC in mouth
19 F: short, simple, straight, 尾韻有茶梅,梅子味
19 B: less

Jack Daniel NAS Single Barrel 45% OB C#7-4337 Bot. in 2007 Rich No. R-17
C: Gold
21 N: 較濃郁的金桔茶, banana, waxy, leather, followed by white pepper, a little apricot
20 T: light body, more spicy and strength, toffee, a little dry
19 F: short, more woody in finished, 仙楂梅
20 B: Balanced, but lack of complexity

Woodford Reserve NAS 45.2% OB Batch#234 B#6655
C: Gold Amber
21 N: 柑桔皮, toffee, cereal, more deep in baked wood, fragrance
20 T: light body, spicy and dry, more strength I the middle of tongue, pepper, a little sour of plum
20 F: medium, baked wood, a little plastic in finish
19 B: 口感稍欠缺平衡

Elijah Craig 18yo Single Barrel 45% OB C#484 barreled on 12/22/82
C: Brown Straw
21 N: citrus, a little sour of plum, 熱桔茶, more sweet
20 T: round, more strength, a little spicy and dry I the middle of tongue, 接著有梅子汁,梅酒的香味, medium -> light body
20 F: short, but with good fragrance spread up in the mouth, better for tasting in finish
20 B: both balanced for tasting and nosing

Bernheim NAS Original 45%OB Bot. in 2005
C: Brown Gold
22 N: more herb, rose marry, thyme, wheat, cereal, very sweet, followed by some syrup,仙楂梅, mint
19 T: dry, syrup, spicy, pepper, but sweet. Light body, less complexity
20 F: short, but w/ very good and long nosing, 仙楂片,grain
19 B: less balanced for tasting

Rittenhouse Rye 23yo 50% OB Barrel#28 Single Barrel
C: Amber
21 N: a little raisin, orange peer,桔子,followed by a little coconut, mint and梅干扣肉味
21 T: round and good strength, citrus, a little dry, dry orange peer, 仙楂梅, medium body
22 F: long, good texture, and rich fruit in tasting. 尾韻帶些酸味較重的果味 scotch style
21 B: good balanced both for nosing and tasting

Parker’s Heritage Collection NAS 61.3% OB Distilled in 1996 1st Edition CS
C: Red Gold
21 N: heavily baked wood, leather, cream, followed by banana cake, a little liquorices, vanilla
21 T: dry, very dry, 果乾, raisin, 乾瘦的木頭味頗重. Light to medium body
21 F: long, strong impact at the end of tasting, 果乾香氣綿長
20 B: balanced, good texture and strength
