清蒸鮮蝦

不炒 不煎 不油 不膩，健康又美味的好食物。

 烤鮮魚，哇~~有夠鮮的魚，才有本事直接拿來烤。

 摸上粗鹽在魚身上，是去除腥味的好幫手。

 烤魚之前，需要把魚的鰓清理乾淨。

 再將內臟清除，魚吃起來才不會苦苦的，才會美味滿分。

 哇~~烤的真漂亮，晶瑩剔透的鹽，覆蓋在魚皮上，

粗鹽和魚皮的美味關係，蹦出完美的組合，香脆好吃的魚皮，大家搶著享用。

  撲噴的香味，使得整條魚，一下子就被我們給吃完了!!

 每天忙忙碌碌的，只為不被五斗米折腰，

辛苦的代價，就是享受一餐又一餐的美味食物，

人和食物一樣，從一開始赤裸裸的來到，再經過五味雜陳的調味，

歷經千辛萬苦的淬鍊，成就出成穩和內斂，才能端出一道又一道的美味佳餚。

用美食來比喻人生，真的是相當貼切而且夠真實。
