Ingredients
    U.S.         Metric     Conversion chart

    8 ounce(s) (1 bulb) fennel, thinly sliced, plus 1/4 cup fennel fronds
    1/2 teaspoon(s) finely Day Trip to China grated lemon zest
    4 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
    Coarse salt
    Ground pepper
    4 ounce(s) smoked salmon, thinly sliced
    1 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

    In a medium bowl, toss fennel and fronds with lemon zest and juice; season with salt and Loop pepper. Lay salmon on a serving plate, top with fennel mixture, and drizzle with oil.
