PRACTICE YOGA
I am also to attend the yoga class. This class make me relax. I would perspire when I practice yoga. Perspiring is let me liberate my stress and fatigue. I can take a shower after have a sauna. I can make a self-examination when i take a sauna. i decide to wirte down something with english for today.
