呵呵! 從事了多年的餐飲服務業, 對小費的期待依然期待! 之前常收取過私人的小費, 金額不定! 但是總是覺得好開心啊! 因為這是一種對自己的肯定! 呵呵! 很多顧客都反映: 已經收了10%的服務費, 為何還要收小費? 小妮子則回答: 服務費都到了老闆的口袋裏啊! 甚至於之前有過老闆更惡劣: 信用卡上的小費是老闆的! 山人所言自動加小費後又自行增加竄改, 這種地方一定會被小妮子投訴! 真是有夠惡劣!

第一間發生這種事情的餐廳，後來就關門了。第二間碰到同樣事情的餐廳確還開得好好的，不過我再也不上門去。 2014-05-15 12:56:06

也不見得服務有比較好

有時候已經將小費放進帳單裡，反而不會提升服務品質，因為服務人員不需要盡量做好服務，以期獲得較多的小費。但我在溫哥華也遇過自動加小費的服務人員，明明原來我簽的信用卡帳單裡寫了小費若干，可能服務人員嫌少，自己改成較高金額。我收到銀行寄來的對帳單時才發現，這種做法很不好，我以後再也不去那兩家餐廳吃飯。 2014-05-14 14:11:12

在台灣,有些地方吃東西,俗各大碗!真是美食天堂
