PICKLES成立於2007年5月19日，當初是因為經營者瘋狂的熱愛美式食物，於是開始四處請益各方的廚師朋友，來共同研究如何創造出，合理價位與實在美味並存的美式料理，因而誕生了這間美式餐廳~PICKLES~。

地點座落於師大夜市的巷弄裡，位置雖然非常的不顯眼，店裡坪數(含廚房)也不到30坪，可容納位子只有25位，但憑著經營者對漢堡獨特的口味與堅持，因而吸引無數的饕客與媒體來共襄美味漢堡之盛舉。
