「2022民視第一發發發」除夕特別節目「明星運動會」15日熱鬧開錄，天王胡瓜偕天后陳美鳳率阿翔、賴慧如與籃籃等主持群一字排開，戴上虎耳朵或虎尾巴，象徵虎年虎虎生風，現場熱鬧滾滾。

節目一開場由藍波老師設計熱鬧整齊劃一的開場舞，讓現場氣氛high到最高點，綜藝大哥胡瓜個人更是自掏腰包拿出一包1000元，一共10萬的「鉑金包」，再加上製作單位準備的5萬紅包，要在過年特別節目發給所有來賓，一聽到超高金額就讓現場所有尖叫聲連連。

天后陳美鳳一年一度參加運動會，充滿活力地說：「來跟年輕人學習，看到這麼多青春洋溢的來賓們，自己都會有好心情」但她坦言忐忑不安，因為前幾年不是被整、就是被猛男公主抱，把她嚇到花容失色，不知道今年節目要出什麼招，擔心自己會不會被「特別招待」，讓她好緊張，但想到能來拿到胡瓜的「鉑金包」也是拚了。

一開場胡瓜就安排遊戲要讓大家拚拿「鉑金包」的快感，阿翔派出賴慧如與籃籃猜拳，「輸了臉上畫鬍鬚、贏了拿獎金」讓所有人爭先恐後都想要參加。

結果賴慧如與慘輸兩拳，被阿翔在臉上畫上鬍鬚，張家瑋與王瞳各輸一拳臉上畫一半鬍鬚，一群女生可愛的模樣笑歪眾人。

沒想到，胡瓜出招邀約陳美鳳參賽，現場歡聲雷動、尖叫聲連連，陳美鳳嚇得頻頻喊「不要！」但最後還敬業上場跟胡瓜比拚猜拳，不料第一拳輸了，阿翔見狀衝上前要畫臉，但看到美鳳姐瞪大眼睛，不覺驚喊：「這我怎麼敢畫啦！」張家瑋見狀出來救駕，讓阿翔把鬍鬚畫在她臉上。

過了一關的陳美鳳，第二拳還是輸拳，胡瓜親自抓住陳美鳳就往她臉上寫上「王」字，要祝福觀眾看到這「王字」虎年稱王一整年，大氣又大方的陳美鳳笑歪也開心跟大家玩成一團。
