兩份 貼葉花片 相本 (壓花) 是我的!! 我特別帶來給大家看 和參考 用免費的回收品 抽出 鋁泊包內的紙 做成的 硬紙相框, 很神奇吧! 很好用喔! 都夠環保吧! 我特別拿去當環教的教材教育講解一下讓當場的參加者了解和觸紙.........
圓型環保再生的紙墊, 我送一個給鄉長 & SHOW 給大家看可做成這些環保只鋁博紙的回收加工做成的兩種好東西. 副館長蘇小姐也很感動ㄌㄟ.
超好用的 圓型環保再生的紙墊若上下層髒了就可斯下薄薄薄的一層紙, 還會剩下滿厚的環保再生的紙墊, 可撕大約12層以上, 真好用, 不用髒了就丟, 至少可用12次以上. 我撕過超好撕的, 我意外發現的方法真太環保和太廢物利用=可做出乾淨的好東西=太好了!! 希望大家知道這種好東西呀!! ^_^

我終於看聽到鼎鼎大名的 柳中明 教授 的演講.
很開心 8/27 看聽到 賴榮孝 理事長 的演講. 可惜我電池電力不足, 8/27 下午 12:01 後都不能拍照. 我真是扼腕啊~!!! ( 我真太失算了. ^_^lll )
上次 去年 6/30/2012 我有拍照, 但錄音我沒再按一次存入, 造成錄音失敗, 錄音都沒錄到音.
此次 今年 6/28/2013 我只拍到早上的兩張, 因要去外頭買電池太遠沒時間, 校內和主辦單位也沒電池可賣給我, 早上我還以為新買的電池電力可照整天, 下午13:30 ~ 17:30 都沒能照到一張精彩萬分的照片, 我真扼腕呀! 因網路和FB 只有別人照的三張照片. 其他人和環教學會並沒貼活動照片共享和分享給大家看啊!! 以前我常不拍照&不錄音 ; 所以 這兩年來 我都會去參加重要的演講, 拍照和錄音下來, 回家後再複習一下演講者講的內容....... ; 這些照片最近終於決定貼出來分享給大家看. ( 花了我很多時間ㄋㄟ. ^_^ )

圓型環保再生的紙墊, 我送一個給腳受傷的里長 & SHOW 給大家看可做成這些環保紙品, 居從廢棄品 喝完的 飲料包 = 鋁泊包 的回收加工 做成的 兩種好東西(環保紙墊和環保白相框 = 硬又多層又材質好&紙觸感好.....). 副館長蘇小姐也很感動ㄌㄟ.
超好用的 圓型環保再生的紙墊若上下層髒了就可斯下薄薄薄的一層紙, 還會剩下滿厚的環保再生的紙墊, 可撕大約12層以上, 真好用, 不用髒了就丟, 至少可用12次以上. 我撕過超好撕的, 我意外發現的方法真太環保和太廢物利用=可做出乾淨的好東西=太好了!! 希望大家知道這種好東西呀!! ^_^

8/28 我好開心 我要去看 FB FRIEND FIRST TIME 王俊秀教授, LAST TIME 更開心看聽 FIRST TIME 謝隆欽'S Speech // 我去年有來此大學第三會議室"專程聽演講" , 8/27/2013 不像去年連1F都有告示牌和海報....& 腳印指標....我想今年可為了省錢吧也好, 還好 我 自早已練到 熟門熟路, 要先查好, 識途老馬, 踏察 和 認地方要靠自己.... ; 還好真的要走到最頂端真的有在辦, 我還問女同學今是8/27沒錯吧. 我確認我不會弄錯日期呀. 環教女同學說8/27早上是第 3 meeting room , 去年辦的很好, 今年也辦的不錯! 主辦單位：中華民國環境教育學會，台北市立大學(台北市立教育大學)

超好用的 圓型環保再生的紙墊若上下層髒了就可斯下薄薄薄的一層紙, 還會剩下滿厚的環保再生的紙墊, 可撕大約12層以上, 真好用, 不用髒了就丟, 至少可用12次以上. 我撕過超好撕的, 我意外發現的方法真太環保和太廢物利用=可做出乾淨的好東西=太好了!! 希望大家知道這種好東西呀!!

「小貓熊」英文叫做(red panda) // 大貓熊（學名：Ailuropoda melanoleuca），
熊貓？貓熊？ 近代最初訂名叫貓熊，意思是牠的臉型似貓， 橫書「貓熊」 體型又像熊。後來在一次博物館的展覽中，說明標題橫書「貓熊」二字。當時觀眾習慣直書從右到左的認讀，就唸成熊貓，從此以訛傳訛, 其實正確要唸: '貓熊" 才有台灣水準!!! 屬於食肉目熊科的一種哺乳動物，體色為黑白兩色。貓熊是中國特有種，現存的主要棲息地是中國中西部四川盆地周邊的山區。全世界野生大貓熊現存大約1590隻左右，由於生育率低，在中國瀕危動物紅皮書等級中評為瀕危物種，為中國國寶。大貓熊被譽為生物界的活化石.

貓熊屬於「食肉目」「貓熊科」，貓熊科只有這一種動物，貓熊雖是食肉目動物，但牠以吃素為主，體型比較大；外型像熊；腦袋又圓又大，像貓，因此就得到了貓熊這個名稱。牠的毛色黑白相間，主要居住在竹林中，所以人們又叫牠「花熊」或「竹熊」。 貓熊是雜食動物。牠們吃的食物有50多種，但以少數幾種細小的箭竹為主，尤其愛吃這些竹子的筍和比較嫩的莖葉。另外，牠也吃菖蒲、番紅花、枸杞等植物。有時候，牠還吃鼠、蛇、魚、昆蟲等小動物，但只是偶爾碰上了才抓來吃，並不特意去捕捉。不過，有時牠也會大搖大擺地闖入居民住宅，偷吃食物。2004/01/12中廣新聞網也有報導說「四川山民指貓熊偷吃蜂蜜、肉骨頭」呢！
小貓熊原產於中國大陸四川省海拔一千八百公尺至四千公尺的山區，為夜行性或晨昏性的動物。身上的特徵為：黑眼、白眉，鼻子周圍及臉頰有白毛，有一對大且有白邊的雙耳，前頸部為黑色，身體主要為紅棕色的皮毛，尾部有紅棕色與淡褐色環相間的毛色，趾部帶有部份可收縮性的爪子。喜歡吃竹葉、野菜、水果、昆蟲、蛋等食物，偶爾也會吃小鳥。它們在興奮或緊張時會從肛門附近排出麝香的氣味。 小貓熊毛紅褐色，四肢棕黑，嗅覺十分發達，和貓熊長相並不相似
浣熊有一條長尾巴，上面裝飾著彩色的圓環。牠吃青蛙、魚和小龍蝦之類的水生動物，而且牠吃之前都要把食物洗乾淨。
熊的兩耳比貓熊更偏向頭的兩側，而且鼻子也更突出。牠的毛又長又軟，會冬眠；而貓熊的毛雖然長，但是比較硬，貓熊不冬眠。
熊和小貓熊、浣熊都是「食肉目」動物，熊屬於「熊科」，小貓熊和浣熊屬於「浣熊科」，牠們和貓熊都有血緣關係。 小貓熊、浣熊、熊都被認為是類似貓熊的動物。
說了這麼多，到底貓熊和熊貓是不是指同一種動物？的確是指同一種動物，只是分類上為「貓熊科」且更接近「熊科」，所以應該稱呼 "貓熊"才恰當。

荒野保護協會 : 賴榮孝 理事長 受邀參加2013 環境教育國際學術研討會，主辦單位認為「環境教育」應嘗試與不同領域進行接觸，走出傳統「環境」的思維，應從「教育」的本位概念出走，跨出「環境教育」擴展視野。所以，連結「文創」、「產業」、「防災」及「傳播」領域，進行跨領域對話。
荒野保護協會 : 賴榮孝 理事長參與的場次題目是【自然保育與資源管理的藍海策略】，主持人是王鑫教授，王老師看到 賴榮孝 理事長 就很高興地說這樣的場合就是老朋友見面的好時機。的確是，在現場看到了仕泓、冠妙、書子、堂樹、豆娘…，還有老荒野人王美瑜（荒野終身會員，早年常參與荒野活動，現在是崇善同軍基金會董事長），會後美瑜、豆娘和我又談了好一會兒，我急著回家照顧狗狗，不得不中斷對話趕回家去。

參與國家永續發展獎評選兩年，實地走訪了一些政府機關、企業和社團，發現很多單位都不清楚永續發展主軸精神。事實上，1987年聯合國第42屆大會中，「世界環境與發展委員會」發表「我們共同的未來」報告，就提出永續發展的理念，並將「永續發展」一詞定義為：「能夠滿足當代的需要，且不致危害到未來世代滿足其需要的發展」。
而我國也制定了【國家永續發展政策綱領】，其願景是：當代及未來世代均能享有「寧適多樣的環境生態」、「活力開放的繁榮經濟」及「安全和諧的福祉社會」，也就是環境、經濟和社會可以兼籌並顧。
國家永續發展獎雖然沒有獎金，但由行政院長親自頒獎也是至高榮譽。這個獎項評選也是很嚴謹的，先通過第一階段書面審查，才能進入第二階段現地查訪的評選，才進入決選推薦獲獎單位。
我參加了兩年的評選工作，發現有些社福團體在社會面表現突出，可是檢視到環境面時經常就拿出資源回收和綠美化的成果來呈現，這樣我通常不會給它加分，若是還用紙杯或寶特瓶水，則是馬上扣分。企業界和政府單位也有很多待加強部份，有一個地方政府以親和步道入選，可是現地查訪看到的卻是砍掉樹木鋪上水泥或是碎石子，我提問時就問「你們不覺得這樣和現場環境不搭嗎？」
我覺得政府部門最該加強，從中央政府環保生態預算比率（包含 EPA 環保署、林務局和國家公園預算）來看，民國100年只佔0.96%，其他年份也都在1.5%上下。以永續發展環境、經濟和社會均衡發展來看，環境的預算比不是應該達到30%嗎？這當然是奢望，但有沒有可能逐年提升到5%、10%、20%...呢？
政府部門心態也可以利用環教法實施再教育，我甚且懷疑在政府部門工作者有多少人知道台灣有一部【永續發展政策綱領】？這裡頭的主軸精神又是啥？記得去年政府花很多力氣辦理【氣候變遷國是會議】，馬總統親臨主持閉會，但從總統到各部會首長，我都沒有聽到他們提到政府正在制定【國家氣候變遷調適政策綱要】這個很好答辯的工具。
永續發展是要能夠滿足當代的需要，且不致危害到未來世代滿足其需要的發展，這是我們追求的目標，而環境教育是達到這個目標的手段，期盼從政府到民眾都能體悟環境保護不僅是資源回收，從源頭減量才能永續，透過環教法的實施，學習到與天地萬物共生共榮的永續之道。

Very happy 8/27 to see hear Lai Rongxiao president 's speech . Unfortunately, my battery power is low , 8/ 27 at 12:01 pm after they can not take pictures , I really distraught ah ~ ! ! ! ( I 'm so miscalculated . ^ _ ^ Lll )
Last year 6/30/2012 I have pictures, but I did not press it again into the recording , resulting in recording failure , did not record the sound recording .
