去年5月13日的母親節，台長因為一場意外的車禍導致腳踝粉碎性骨折開刀打上兩隻鋼釘，今年車禍滿一年， 5/30再一次進手術房拆鋼釘~~

去年五月腳踝受傷讓我實足休息了一年，直到今年2月在偶然機緣下我回到車禍之前的養老院上班，即將回醫院拆鋼釘前告知公司主管並希望他們儘早找人替補我的空缺，主管卻一直希望我在復原的1-2個月後回公司上班，但深不知自己復原的狀況是否能這麼神速，很感謝公司的主管沒有因為我的不便而嫌棄我。


主任 玉庭 柏誠 您們好:

此時此刻的我真不知該說什麼，我個人的私事造成公司的不便，我即將於5/29日住院,5/30日開刀手術取鋼釘，復健日期醫生沒有給我明確的答案，擔心此次需要長時間的復健，因為骨骼的長全需要長時間的休息調養，或許我會因為這次個人的私事而離開恆安，不希望因為個人因素而影響公司的作業，煩請公司提前尋找適當接手的人選,雖然我很捨不得離開大家，在此衷心感謝大家對我的關照。

At this moment I really don’t know what to say, my personal private matter has caused inconvenience to the company, I soon am hospitalized on 5/29th on 5/30th to operate the surgery to take the steel nail,the rehabilitation of the date doctors did not give me a clear answer.
