什麼是“流動漫遊費”?
什麼是“流量漫遊”?它可以理解為“國內數據漫遊 流量”和“本地流量(通常以省為單位衡量)”之間的差異。換句話說，如果你的移動互聯網計畫是針對本地數據的，當你離開這個國家時，你沒有購買額外的國內數據包，那麼你在城市外使用的數據是“漫遊”數據，這可能會招致額外的費用。
因此，當用戶在本地之外“漫遊”時，可能會面臨即使本地流量沒有用完，全國流量也不足或沒有的情況。
面對我們這種發展情況怎麼辦呢?如何有效避免“流量漫遊”產生的費用?
記者諮詢了幾家操作人員的客服人員。客服人員表示，用戶去其他地方，可以先確定他們的手機交通套餐是國內交通，還是本地交通。如果是國內或國內交通，外出旅行也可以放心使用手機交通互聯網。
如果是本地交通，那麼您可以選擇在離開本地之前購買“國家交通套餐”，否則您將承擔額外的“交通漫遊費”，且此類費用相對較高。

取消“流量漫遊費”對經常進行出差到外地工作的人來說是中國一大福音。
以往，要麼就是用戶進行購買產品價格水準相對具有較高的全國通用國內網路流量套餐，在本地和外地都使用我們這個套餐。要麼，就使用一個本地流量疊加國內市場流量包的組合教學模式。因為對於用戶在外地時，會先使用中國國內流量而不是通過本地流量，這會致使用戶在出差時不得不另外需要購買自己國內流量包，頻繁出差的用戶每月流量包能達到8個或者學習更多。但現實是，本地流量往往用不完，每月的話費只增不減。
根據產業和資訊化部發佈的《2017年通信行業統計公報》，2017年移動互聯網流量達到235億GB，同比增長179%，占移動互聯網總流量的95.6%;年月移動互聯網接入流量達到1775MB/月/戶，為上年增長2.3倍，相當於年人均互聯網接入流量約20.8GB。
據瞭解，2017年移動互聯網流量平均資費已降至26元/GB。 如果流量漫遊費被取消，那麼移動網路流量費將在年內至少減少30%。 用戶有理由相信，與26元/GB相比，人均流量支出可以顯著減少。
