Die Casting is aDie casting process used to make metal parts using molten metal that is forced using high pressure into a die cavity。 The die cavities are made with hardened steel into the shape of the casts parts。 This means that the products can be made with excellent accuracy and in quick time as well as being able to include different surface textures without any more processing。

 

For parts that require mass production this is a suitable choice and the parts are usually made up of non-ferrous metals such as copperDie casting or aluminium。 The die casting process can be splitzinc die casting into two different categories, these are Hot Chamber Die Casting and Cold Chamber Die Casting。
