酸菜薑絲炒豬腸

材料:酸菜/薑絲/豬腸
調味:醋/米酒
時間:30分鐘

1.
豬腸用鹽洗淨..川燙..切段..
2.
豬腸加米酒/水..用電鍋蒸2次
(就是外鍋加1碗水下去蒸..電鍋跳起..燜一下再加半碗水)
3.
電鍋第2次跳起時..不開蓋..使自然冷卻...
(所以要事先蒸起來放..醬子才不會太趕...)
4.
將薑絲/酸菜切絲備用....
5.
起油鍋..先將薑絲爆香
6.
入酸菜..一起炒香
7.
將豬腸瀝乾..加入一起拌炒
8.
起鍋前加1匙醋...味道更棒!!!
