終於忙完我的 3rd property 了

可以喘口氣, 輕鬆一下

開始讀一些書
把一些手邊其他的事情都忙完
偶爾去旅遊, 到外面走走
我還想繼續看房子
看看別的 projects


昨天去一個 investment dinner
遇到蠻多的 investors
其中有一位, 台灣人, 男生, 跟我妹一樣大, 也已經買了一棟房子了

雖然說買的是在什麼 ”Fort Saskatchewan” (哪裡的鬼地方)
也大多都是父母投資的 (he doesn’t even have a job)

不過看到這個小孩子很積極, 很 motivated, 也有正確的 mind set
我又被往前推動了


我還想要跑的更快

讓這個小鬼永遠追不上



but anyway,
it’s really time to chill for me now
but my real summer vacation probably won’t start till mid August
when I finish off 簡媽 & 妳媽 & 我媽’s property reno

still got lots to do
