我那天反覆聆聽好幾回，終於敲定介紹這位歌手就以這首歌曲作為契子。當我開始查閱歌詞資料時內心又是一陣興奮與哀嚎，興奮的是等於又可以欣賞一首頗具傳統風味的詩歌，甚至可以因此得知些歷史淵源，這對外國史貧乏的我實是一項不可多得的樂趣。而哀嚎的是，看到詞寫得太美，就想翻成中文看看，但這對目前的我而言實在是很艱鉅的任務。（不好意思，但我實在懶得翻了XD）大學前幾年刻意看書增強的文辭修飾能力早已隨著住院醫師工時過長過勞的摧殘而回復到國中水準….XD。或許將來有空該去考個學測念個私立大學外文系才對！（但我只是說說而已，回台後還是努力賺錢繳房貸啦，再過三個月就得開始找工作＝＝）

回到本題。荷莉史密斯這張名為光芒萬丈的專輯是當初唱片行裡紅配綠綠標的超值商品。別看封面她一副超有個性的樣子，實際上是位美聲歌手。而這張初試啼聲的專輯則是打乖乖牌，收錄不少早已出名的名曲。但這又何妨呢？主角靠著她本身天賦賦予這些經典歌曲不同風貌也是種美好。就像名牌衣裳穿在不一樣的明星身上也是會有不同效果。況且若以一個亞洲人的觀點去看這些經典選曲就沒有太過陳腔濫調的困擾，所以是很值得推薦蒐藏的超值專輯。

我選的這首歌曲大有來頭，對足球狂熱的人或許會有聽過哩。
