Happy Graduation ( and shopping) Day!
Yow, graduation day is coming this year!!
I am so gald that I can come...it is always been great for me to go to somewhere FUll OF people; I love people, then.
Anyway, I went, and I bought some chocolate-flowers (金莎) for my friends who are graduating. However, the price is higher than I can image. Maybe three times much I guess. I felt surprised, but since I was in such a good mood, I bought three still.
I went straight to 福園, there were a lot of people there already. Acutally, there were too many people it is impossible to spot your friends easily. And that saturday was a hot hot summer day, I felt hot already by just looking at those graduators wore their black long uniforms. I saw Peter and Jonathan standing near business building and soon walked over to them. There are part of the team from LA last week, Jonathan can only speak English. I was happy to meet them.
We waited untill sis Joyce came and took us to Black Tea House, there they booked 15 seats for our graduators and their family. Then before the people arrived, I went out with Rach to meet my dearest roommates Yaki and Nelly (小丸).
Yaki was so pretty today, and Nelly is as cute as ever. We took pics, and suddenly I had a feeling of sadness. When the school started again, I shall never able to meet them on campus. Not along lived together...
During our lunch, I had a good time talking to sis Annie, baba and Emma..I missed them so much....
It was a hot hot day, however, we still walked around the campus talking pics. Until we used our last energy, we dicided it is time to go to Elim.
We people went to Elim, and had a good time there. We picked some worship CDs and books, and everything is so good. We talked and laughed. But what exicted me most was the shopping coming next!
After saying good bye to Rach, cause she was tired already, we went to 西門町. Jonathan needed to change his shoes that he bought in Shi-Ma few days ago. We went, but he forgot where the store was. Therefore, we walked around Shi-Ma and tried to find it. After more than one hour, we finally found it. Actually, the store changed its name, and it is right near to the MRT station. I was mad at that store, but I was so glad we found it.
After having some food, we went to 士林night market together. Peter and Jonathan went together, since they had no where to go. We girls afraid that guys may feel bored hanging around with us, but they insisted that they did not care. We had fun, to my surprise. Jonathan became our personal shopper, he is in charge of our clothes-picking. Emma was laughing so hard cause Jonathan always said, It is good for you, Emma!! Then Emma spent more money than when she go shopping with girls.
We went back home around 10 pm. And Emma took me to her house and had a nice sleep. I was so happy to be back to Taiwan. Everything is so good and awesome!! I bought some really nice, and cheap stuff, and I ate lots food. I love Taiwan!!
Jonathan said that it is amazing to see so many people crowed together, and stick to each other. He said it shall never happen in USA, cause people will not want to be so close to one another. I found it so interesting, cause it is part of our culture that we went for night market, and we went for crowed place. However, it may feel so scary for foreigners. I always feel so great at different culture!
