洛山海水浴場位於江原道襄陽郡。襄陽原為“日出”之意，從1260年高麗時代開始，襄陽東側海岸的洛山便是祭祀東海神、祈求風調雨順的著名觀賞日出場所。傳說在襄陽洛山觀賞新年日出時許願的話，願望便會實現。因此每年都有眾多的遊客來此觀賞新年日出並許下新年希望。


後記﹕就在我離開韓國的一週之後﹐驚聞襄陽郡一帶於四月五日發生大規模的森林大火，由新羅高僧義湘大師於西元六七一年所創建的千年古刹洛山寺全被燒毀。我在洛山時下榻洛山海濱飯店﹐就在洛山寺的旁邊。可惜因為到達當天天色已黑﹐而第二天早上又得趕往雪嶽山而沒有停留。現下這座古寺卻已全部焚毀﹐靜待南韓政府的支援重建。
