1 修行，修的什麼行？

　我們心行有了錯誤，把它修正過來，這就叫修行。

2 任何身份、任何行業、男女老少，都可以修圓滿的菩薩道。

　只要心裡時常想佛、念佛，工作就是修行，修行就是工作。

3 修行是修自心，不是修別人。

　把佛陀的教訓，變成自己的思想行為；把經典中的道理，

　變成自己的思想境界，那才叫修行。

4 修行是修正行為

　身，不殺生、不偷盜、不邪淫；

　口，不妄語、不兩舌（挑撥是非）、不惡口（說話粗魯，

　說的話很難聽）、不綺語（花言巧語，欺騙別人）；

　意裡面是不貪、不嗔、不癡。

5 修行不能著相，覺得自己修得不錯，即已著相；不著相，

　可斷分別根。

　學佛，要斷惡、修善、離相，這是無量法門的總綱領。

6 學佛的人，對以往所做的事，無論善惡，都不必追悔，

　既往不咎，以後眾善奉行就是了。

7 真正的修行，是要在心地上做功夫，起心動念處做功夫，

　念頭才起就轉成佛號，這就叫做「從根本修」。

　學佛，是學把妄念伏住，能把妄念伏住，是人生的最高享

　受。

8 佛在經裡面說得清清楚楚，「末法時期，淨土成就」，

　真正想得到修行的利益，一定要專——念的經要專，

　修行的法門也要專，只念一句阿彌陀佛，其他的都用不著

　了。
