台中立委補選 藍綠市長選舉延長賽
（中央社記者郝雪卿台中14日電）台中市第5選區立委補選今天登記截止，共有國民黨籍參選人沈智慧、民進黨籍參選人王義川、無黨籍邱于珊、聯合黨林忠勝等人登記，外界形容這場選舉有如市長選舉延長賽。
台中市第5選區（北區、北屯區）立委因為盧秀燕參選台中市長請辭，留下立委席次，將於明年1月27日辦理投票，今年12月10日到14日辦理登記，台中市選舉委員會統計，到下午5時30分截止，共有沈智慧、王義川、邱于珊、林忠勝等人登記，雖有4人登記，但外界認為，仍是藍綠相爭的局面，且是一場市長選舉的延長賽。
台中市北區及北屯區向來是藍大於綠，盧秀燕在此區共連任6屆立委，從近3屆立委選戰結果來看，根據選委會資料顯示，2008年盧秀燕得票數9萬5873票，得票率57.08%；對手民主進步黨的謝明源得票數為6萬582票，得票率36.07%；此役中，以無黨籍參選的沈智慧得票1萬714票，得票率6.38%。
2012年盧秀燕得票數12萬9822票，得票率57.86%；綠營對手謝明源9萬1793票，得票率40.92%。最近的2016年，盧秀燕在中國國民黨選情低迷的情況下仍拿下10萬8446票，得票率51.52%；而綠營對手台灣團結聯盟的劉國隆（民進黨未推人）得票數8萬4117票，得票率39.96%。
這次曾任6屆立委的老將沈智慧以民調勝出獲得國民黨提名，她主打接棒盧秀燕政見，在立法院成為盧秀燕建設台中的助攻手，能否順利承接盧秀燕的選票，還待觀察。
盧秀燕被問到會不會輔選沈智慧時表示，她在市長選舉中，是在全民調之下出來的，沈智慧也是透過這個機制產生，都是透過公平機制出線，身為黨員，在法律範圍內她會幫忙輔選，但不會濫用行政資源。
同時，她說，沈智慧是政壇前輩，對選區的了解駕輕就熟，且過去也不曾離開台中，是很適合的人選。
至於獲民進黨徵召參選的台中市交通局長王義川，今天由台中市長林佳龍陪同完成登記，林佳龍肯定王義川在4年任內是「台中捷運的推手」，也負責花博接駁，他站在為台中市民推薦人才的角度，向大家保證，請大家「疼惜林佳龍，票投王義川」。（編輯：梁君棣）1071214

羅寶鴻老師進一步解釋，真正的「接納」是面對、允許、不抗拒、全程地體驗孩子的起心動念、需求與雙方感受等，如果爸媽的「接納」只是停留在觀點或理智上的認同，孩子無法真實感受到爸媽的接納，且「理智上的接納」和「打從心裡接納」，表現在家長面對孩子的姿態、語氣與態度也不一樣。
試想：當爸爸從高角度斜視著身旁的孩子，心中還帶著生氣地說：我接納你有自己的情緒；以及爸爸拉著孩子的手、看著他，理解的表示：你因為我的拒絕很不高興，我了解，你可以生氣，但我們還是必須遵守彼此的約定。兩種情境將帶給孩子截然不同的感受，前者明確表現出爸爸「理智」上同意要接納孩子的情緒，但心裡還沒同步；後者則表現出打從心裡的接納與溫和態度。
