可口可樂前工程師被控 竊商業機密給中國公司
（法新社華盛頓14日電） 美國司法部宣布，可口可樂公司一名前資深工程師因涉嫌竊取價值1.2億美元（約新台幣37億元）商業機密給一家中國公司，今天在田納西州被起訴。
美國國民游曉蓉（You Xiaorong，暫譯）被控偷走幾家公司共有、價值不斐的不含雙酚A（Bisphenol A，簡稱BPA）包裝塗料技術，起訴書中還包括一名未具名的可口可樂公司（Coca-Cola）前雇主。
總部設在亞特蘭大（Atlanta）的可口可樂公司發言人拒絕對此事置評，但證實游曉蓉的確曾替可口可樂工作，「因為這是待審定法律事件，我們不適合進一步評論」。
根據起訴書，游曉蓉與中國國民劉向承（Liu Xiangchen，暫譯）和劉向承未具名的親戚共謀，竊取不含被廣泛使用的雙酚A化學物質包裝塗料配方，科學家近幾年發現雙酚A對人體健康有害。
雙酚A的替代品在食品包裝業稀少且極具價值。
起訴書也提及，劉向承計劃發展不含雙酚A包裝塗料的生產線，因此需要這項技術。
他以提供游曉蓉工作，並保證幫她贏得中國研究與創新最高榮譽之一的「千人計畫獎」作為交換。
「千人計畫」獎勵從國外學成歸國或海外工作的專業人才，將技術帶回中國以促進經濟。美國情報單位人員表示，這項計畫目的在鼓勵海外中國人竊取技術並帶回自己國家。
美國田納西州東區檢察官歐佛貝（J. Douglas Overbey）指出，游曉蓉「被控犯下惡劣且預謀的盜竊行徑，轉移價值超過一億美元的商業機密為成立一家中國公司，並可能成為美國公司的競爭對手。」
