吃火雞,所以感恩。


一年一度感恩節登場,可惜咱家不興赦免火雞那套冠冕堂皇;於是,磨刀霍霍。

今年因為大廚二廚是來自台灣的女兒,所以青菜烹調方式採用大火快炒的美味;因此端上桌的是兩盤青菜,我呈現的蒜炒豆苗與琦姐一等一的乾煸四季豆。

沒得說,中西合併的感恩節大餐確實好吃;有咱們過年的味道。

蒜炒豆苗,這回沒放蝦仁,純粹大火快炒;火雞餐膽固醇夠高了…這回暫時不需要高普林的蝦來湊合。

Bennitt & Cerizos’ most famous jello, made by grandma. She is my favorite family here from Bennitt and Cerizo side. Grandma is turning 80 next year, and we wish her all our best! By the way, this JELLO is seriously the BEST!!
