1) A test
Character is both developed and revealed by tests.
We don’t know all the tests God will give us but we can predict some of them, based on the Bible. We will be test by major changes, delayed promises, impossible problems, unanswered prayers, undeserved criticism, and even senseless tragedies.
A very important test is how we act when we cannot feel God’s presence in our life.
Every day is an important day, and every second is a growth opportunity to deepen our character, to demonstrate love, or to depend on God.
God promised, ‘你們所遇見的試探無非是人能受的, 神是信實的, 必不叫你們受試探過於所能受的, 在受試探的時候, 總要給你們開一條出路, 叫你們能忍受得住’~哥前十章十三節
2) A trust
Our time on earth, our energy, intelligence, opportunities, relationships, and resources are all gifts from God that he has entrusted to our care and management.
神就賜福給他們, 又對他們說: 「要生養眾多, 遍滿地面, 治理這地; 也要管理海裏的魚, 空中的鳥, 和地上各種行動的活物。」
Our culture says, “If you don’t own it, you won’t take care of it.” But Christians live by a higher standard: “Because God owns it, I must take the best care of it.”
主人說：「好!你這又良善又忠心的僕人, 你在不多的事上有忠心, 我要把許多事派你管理; 可以進來享受你主人的快樂。」

b) Receive a promotion and be given greater responsibility in eternity

Most people failed to realize that money is both a test and a trust from God. God uses finances to teach us to trust him, and for many people, money is the greatest test of all.

Question: Is the way you manage your money preventing God from doing more in your life?
