尚待體會
去年試了不食
渡過了兩個禮拜
讓自己體驗了食物
並不是生存的唯一
今年本來想再一次
可是卻苦無氛圍機會

天氣開始冷
喜歡野地健行的我
轉而其他
這回來嘗試冰人訓練
iceman training(Wim Hof Method)
請注意我並沒有完整完全嘗試
而只是粗淺的利用他的呼吸練習
來配合行動以及居合的訓練
.
用不專業的來說
我是以居合在要求丹田呼吸的練習上
而找到 Wim Hof Method 對呼吸的練習
.
而在Wim Hof Method的呼吸練習
我竟然閉眼能體會到奇怪的現象
目前在這裡我不打算敘述
因為我不想先入為主的造成任何人
不必要的想像
.
結果尚待體會
不過可以感覺的到
身體對低溫的感覺
有了更進一步適應
,
對我而言目前
零下2度的環境
我可以不需要厚重衣物防寒
而手也可以不需要手套抵禦
請注意這只是我到目前的體會
每個人的心理素質不同
我無法建議其他人嘗試
