澳洲光榮晉級！
澳洲終於晉級16強了，這是繼逆轉勝日本之後，澳洲再次展現永不屈服的精神，結果符合阿夏的期望，澳洲隊再加油吧，澳洲和克羅埃西亞由於兩隊都還有機會晉級，因此踢來格外緊張火爆，裁判整場比賽發出了8張黃牌3張紅牌，是開賽以來紅黃牌數最多的一場比賽。英格蘭籍的主裁判波爾（Graham Poll）在終場前出現漏判，他給了克羅埃西亞後衛西穆尼奇（Josip Simunic）第2張黃牌但卻忘了舉紅牌將他罰下，結果西穆尼奇一直踢到比賽結束。西穆尼奇在比賽結束後不知道和波爾說了什麼，結果波爾又給了他第3張黃牌，才以紅牌將西穆尼奇罰下場，幸好比賽的結局並沒有因為這個誤判而有所變化。
