The different laws between Taiwan and U.S

１.

In the U.S,they attach great importance to freedom and IPR.

For exemple,the same cases of child abuse,the punishment for the

parents who are abusers just only for one year in Taiwan.

But in the U.S,they will be punished for twenty years.


２.

The American citizens can have the weapon with them.

Let them can protect themselves.It’s lawful in the U.S.

But in Taiwan,it’s illegal,even you’re the citizen.

Also can’t have the weapon.


３.

Both of Taiwan and U.S have judge and public procurator in the court.

The only disparity that U.S has jury but Taiwan doesn’t.

The Taiwan’s judge can adjudge.In U.S,only jury can adjudge.

The judge just accords to law and acquits the prison term.
