When I was working with trouble teen, people always asked me why did I want to work on reform? I told them that I believed 2nd chance. Working with victims as they have not caught their suspects yet. There is no forgive and forget till they all go through the court system and paid for their crime and sentenced to prison system then till they are truly reformed while they are in there and promised to become a lawful citizen and won't do any more criminal related behaviors. Then they go into 2nd chance act as cycle again. I have been working with oversea law enforcement as everyone is working so slowly. We have no idea how long will take as 20 years for September 11th victims to get VCF and for families breaking apart by race and they would not be able to reunite and hopefully they have finally did. How many 20 years does a person can have? Try not to become a victim unless you can be an emotionless person. Fighting crime all my life and believe in 2nd chance acts. Try to prevent next victim falling into trap. Still try to believe there is still HOPE!?
