USA has research from NIH for decline dementia by having more education levels as this was from 2000-2012. As I tried to reach my homeland, Taiwan for follow up research to create elderly education like elderly kindergarten for early prevention of dementia. That may only can prevent aging types of dementia. According to the research so I will set up my hypothesis to create adult education for elderly and use control group as above college education elderly. That should produce the same results.
