嗯…樓下的菲律賓鄰居們似乎越來越過份，
爸爸要求我出一通<通告>，
這是去年暑假以後，第二次了。

For fire safety reason, please remove the large belongings and tent put at the staircase as there will be a serious fire if part of the objects is lighted up. In addition, the staircase of the building is part of properties of all the owners in the building. It is not allowed to be occupied without the approval of all the owners.

為火警安全理由，請移走置於樓梯間之大型私人物品與帳篷以避免因部份物品被燃點而引起火災。
除此以外，大廈內樓梯間範圍屬於此大廈所有業主之公有財產，在未獲得所有業主同意之前，樓梯間範圍不准被無故佔用。
