I learned a lot that day ^^
On Saturday I went to watch the speech contest.
Some people must be think I ‘m so weird,
Because watching people compete in speech is boring,
Why did I insist on watching the contest?!
Let me tell you something-
Last Friday,
For Christmas holiday,
My ESL teacher said we can sing a song in our language,
When I heard that,
I was so happy because I really like singing.
On Thursday,
I printed the music score specially for a Chinese song.
And then I practiced over and over again,
I decided to do my best tomorrow.
However on Friday,
When I stand on the stage,
I got stage fright.
You know what?
I can’t understand why,
There aren’t any boys that I like in front of me,
and there were only 12 people in front of me including the teacher.
But I was really nervous at that time,
How can you explain why this happened?
So, that is why I insisted on watching the speech contest.
On Saturday,
After I watched the contest,
I learned a lot.
I watch E.E speak,
She has speaking talent.
She is Chinese,
But her pronunciation sounds like an American.
While she was speaking, she was full of confidence.
Her eyes catch everyone’s eyes.
And didn’t look shy at all.
I think I learned a lot from her.
Oh!!!
And I watched comedy speech also.
That was really funny.
And they are all talented!!!!!!!
When they are off stage,
They are nothing special,
But when they go on stage,
Every actor or actress changed to a different person.
I was deeply impressed by one group’s performance.
That was really great!!
It was about a girl who liked a science teacher who is really serious.
One day, the girl called this science teacher while this science teacher was doing his Yo- ga.
This girl looked so excited.
She asked him to go out with her.
Finally, the teacher responded yes.
When they go out together,
The teacher doesn’t understand why this girl likes him.
So the girl was trying to touch the teacher’s clothes get close to him.
This girl used a method.
She proposed to do a karate bout with the guy so as to put this guy’s arm on her shoulder.
In the end,
This guy notice this girl want to touch his body,
So he was so angry,
This girl know the boy doesn’t like her,
She was so sad,
Then she slapped his across the face,
But the guy do same thing back to her.
Then…….You know,
The girl holds the guy’s face and kissed him.
They were both surprised that this happened.
That was the end.
While they were fighting, you can really hear their voice.
And the kiss at the end was a real kiss.
I was surprised they were only students,
How could they talented like that?! (All of them!!!! )
I learned a lot that day.

Long time no see! It looks like you`re doing well. That`s good. How`s is everything going? It`s good that you had the courage to sing on th stage, good job!! I know you have a wonderful voice, so everyone will enjoy your voice. Hope school works are doing well? But some thing are like you said, when I first came here I really had a hard time to make friends, although they were kind to me, but I did not have the same feeling that I deal with my friends in Taiwan, that`s sad. However I`m doing good now, I found the balance of my life here. But still have some to work on. Will you move to another host family next year? Or not sure? Hope you have a good time!!!!
I`m super suprised that you memorize my blog adress!!!
And my school works are doing very well.
But I will change to Georgia in January first. I will actually miss my friends very much here. They`re all very nice!!!!!
But now I`m sad wbout if I moved to my next school, I need to find new friends. But that is already second semester, everybody have their own friends, so......
You know that feel? It`s so bad!!!!!!
But I will try.
Don`t worried about me. And I believe we both can have a good time in our ex-change student life ^^
