這首《Help Me》是美國鄉村歌手兼歌曲作家Larry Gatlin所寫。Larry在 70年代後期和其兄弟合組團體，包含之前單飛期間，共有33首單曲進入鄉村榜前40名，成績極為亮眼。隨著名氣增加，一般均稱其團體為Larry Gatlin & the Gatlin Brothers ( 哈哈，另兩位是他的弟弟，應該不太會吃味 。)。
貓王Elvis Presley在1973翻唱此曲，並收錄於其1975的專輯《Promised Land》中。由歌詞來看，這無疑是一首「福音」歌曲。原唱採鄉村曲風，貓王將節奏加快，也有另番韻味。此曲歌詞淺白，是首容易聽來有感覺的英文歌曲。
