2、古今中外歷史大笑話：蔣介石偽造『開羅宣言』
於十二月一日，埃及開羅當地報紙報導前述的三分宣言並同時將羅斯福、邱吉爾、蔣介石三人的最後會議的「新聞報導」，予以公布；蔣介石竟將此「報紙報導」在臺灣謊稱為：『開羅宣言』，作為「竊占臺灣的藉口」。
（注意：這是中華民國竊占臺灣的藉口及擁有臺灣的『偽造的所有權狀』）
【偽造謊稱的開羅宣言】
埃及開羅的報紙被英國眾議院議員看到，在邱吉爾返國後，被英國眾議院議員質詢，立遭英首相邱吉爾否認有「開羅宣言」。

這是蔣介石將他的「極機密」文件，鎖在臺灣桃園大溪，以前稱之為「大溪檔案」，是屬「極機密」等級，連部長、省主席也不見得看得到，甚至連貴為總統的李登輝也是於二○○三年才知道的，可見蔣介石騙術功力是多麼的高深。
這個「極機密」的特交檔案裡，偽造的「開羅宣言」就收在王寵惠呈蔣介石的「開羅會議經辦事項紀要」這個報告裡面：
因為原件是用英文，所以最上面清清楚楚的寫著「Press Communique」兩個英文字，照字面翻譯應該是「新聞公報」，若用意譯則為「宣傳用新聞稿」，完全沒有「開羅宣言」的意思，若是「開羅宣言」，英文應該是：「Cairo Declaration」才對。所以從蔣介石的極機密檔案裡挖出來的「開羅宣言」其實不是『開羅宣言』，換言之，在這世界上，跟本就沒有所謂的「開羅宣言」，這只是蔣介石騙術、騙吃騙喝、騙財騙色的「偽造的臺灣所有權狀」如此而已。
足見「謊稱的開羅宣言」根本無法律效力，它只是一般的「報紙報導」而已；此時此刻，正是「埋下了蔣介石貪小失大，貪圖臺灣、失去中國的伏筆」。
也就是因此，我在『審判蔣介石』之時，尚還不知道這些非常關鍵的醜陋往事，因此我師父才會要我寫作《臺灣歷史全集》，在祂的協助下，花費十多年的時間和心血，最後總算完成了，最重要的是在寫作過程中，我知道了：應該怎麼樣做才能使『臺灣復國建國成功』。
