Method:

1. Cream the butter with sugar.

2. And then add in egg yolk and mix well

3. Shift in cake flour and mix well in order to make a dough (This time i added little water since the dough was too dry)

4. Put in a plastic bag and freeze for about an hour. (A and B are in the same steps of 1 - 4)

5. Roll the dough and cut out shapes.

6. Bake it at about 150 - 160C for 13 - 15 mins.
