Apple Chocolate

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Apple, remove skin and chop into small pieces

40g Sugar (I use red sugar)

1TP Butter

Corn start

Water

Dark Chocolate (I use 70% Lindt Dark Chocolate)

Method:

1. Melt butter in a bowl and add in apple, sugar

2. Use high heat to cook it for about 15mins until water is elaborated

3. When it is done, add it amount of corn start and water until it is "coated".

4. Pour the apple into a box which wrap with plastic, let it cool down and put it into refrigerator for a night until the shape is fixed.

5. Take it out and cut into pieces (the shape which you like)

6. Melt dark chocolate in a small bowl and add in the pieces of apple. Let it coats with a thick layer of chocolate and take it out. Cool down.
