Milk Sponge Cake

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Warm milk

1TP oil

1 cup Cake Flour

1tp Baking Powder

1/2tp Salt

2 Eggs

1/2cup Sugar

Method:

1. Shift together the cake flour, baking powder and salt.

2. Use electric mixer to beat egg. After that adding in sugar tablespoon by tablespoon. (The mixture should be in nearlly white colour)

3. Slowly add in warm milk and mix well.

4. After that add in flour mixture quickly.

5. Pour the mixture into cake mould and bake for 175C for about 30 - 35 mins.

6. Once finish baking, keep the cake in the oven for about 10 mins before taking it out.
