What an impressive moment it was! After more than 11 years, Chinese Taipei’s baseball team again won the ticket of competing in 2004 Olympics. I think it’s really a big honor for us Taiwanese, especially after our team rivaling with South Korea and Japan’s “super stars teams.”

Let’s just enjoy the pleasant time temporarily! Although there are still some problems in our team, I think we should be their best back-up. Those who flied to Japan as a member of the cheer squad should start saving money, because they have another “costly” task next year. And I feel our patriotic sports anchor should keep his hair longer for next year (someone said if we lost to S. Korea, he would be shaven-headed!).

Telling the truth, I really feel proud of those guys. No matter how out of gear they were during these three games, they did a good job after all. At least they have driven our dream into Athens’ ballpark, and have made us fans sleep well tonight.
