調整《公投法》卓表尊重立院黨團

喜樂島聯盟推動修正《公投法》，並發函要求藍綠立委支持讓台灣人民可以決定其前途，民進黨主席卓榮泰昨表示，民進黨認為《公投法》確有思考調整的必要，至於調整的內容、修法方向，還是尊重立院黨團，希望黨團要有一致的決定。
卓榮泰表示，民進黨尊重立院黨團的自主，黨團過去多年前也曾有類似的內部意見表達，對於這樣的意見詢問和表達，希望黨團要有一致的決定後一致對外，才能有其整體的戰力。他並重申，黨部充分尊重黨團過去的決議與現在的作法。
媒體追問黨部對修正《公投法》的立場？卓榮泰表示，基於去年選舉狀況，公投法確實應該有思考調整的必要。至於調整的內容、修法方向應該如何？他認為還是要尊重黨團。對卓榮泰要求黨團要有一致性的決定，也被外界解讀為不想讓民進黨立委個別承擔來自喜樂島聯盟的壓力。
水分代謝出問題 致濕性體質
身體溼氣重是健康的隱憂，執業中醫師賴睿昕指出，濕性體質通常是水分代謝出現了問題，體內水分過多無法被身體良好的吸收運用，因此喝水多也常常不容易解渴。
賴睿昕指出，像是多喝水也不易解渴，身體容易水腫，常覺得早上小腿比較細，但是到了下午或傍晚就覺得小腿變脹，早上起來發現自己兩頰或眼下浮腫，常常容易覺得疲倦，頭昏沉像戴了帽子或裹了濕毛巾，大便稀軟，有時不成形或者黏黏的難沖掉，甚至很容易得腸胃炎拉肚子，女生分泌物多，甚至時常感染，有異味及搔癢，都是濕性體質會表現出來的症狀。
體內濕氣重的民眾，若是與外來的濕氣裡外相合，就更加糾纏不清了，因此濕氣重的人一遇到梅雨季節，濕濁阻遏氣機與清陽，便常常會覺得頭昏沉、提不起勁、很想睡覺、四肢沉重無力、大便變的軟黏的排不乾淨、胃口不好、嘴巴淡淡的沒什麼味覺，甚至導致皮膚濕疹發作或搔癢加重。
賴睿昕建議濕性體質的民眾水果要少吃，因為水果多為聚濕生痰之物，適合的蔬果建議以利水為主，但量也不宜過多；如冬瓜與西瓜有清熱解暑和利小便的功效，而木瓜有健脾胃和助消化之功，可以讓脾胃的運化變佳。
常吃五穀類食物也有燥濕的功效，不過最重要的就是去運動，運動可幫助身體水分調節代謝變好。
