Isn't the racoon in the pic cute? I've been to Stanley park many many times but I never had the guts, or even the thought to touch a racoon. I used to find racoons annoying because they like to feast on household garbage. Anyways, when I returned to Vancouver this summer, I touched the racoon's palm when it reached out to me. It was as soft as a baby's! The feeling was overwhelming and I will never forget it!
