Watercolor--Dolphins in the Ocean
Last night my father suggested that I get a frame for my paintings,
which may make these works look more valuable,
so I bought a cheap but nice black frame about $ 10 in an Art store today
and fit my painting in it.
I like dolphins, I even kissed a dolphin in a swimming pool in my dream
many years ago...
Dolphins are quite smart, they may be smarter than human beings,
but they don't become the leader in the world, they just enjoy their
simple life in the water! I admire their philosophy of living...
The Korean mom Kyhunghee and I went to the Art Institute
in Chicago's Downtown today , and I didn't have to pay
the admission ticket since she has the membership card
so that she can invite a friend for free...
After visiting the Art Institute, we walked on a bridge connecting
the third floor of the Art Institute and the Millennium Park...
It was really a new experience for me to admire the city's fabulous
architecture!
People on the bridge are looking down the streets
I took this photo just from the gate of the Art Institute
Kyhunghee treated me the lunch in a bright and modern Italian Cafe,
and the pizza and pasta there were very juicy and delicious...
I don't know what I can give to her so I gave her the painting of the
Bottomless Lakes State park I did yesterday....
which may make these works look more valuable,
