Just do it ! 香草泡芙出爐囉~
I am busy reading” Into the wild” these days
and didn’t have time to do some bakery...
Two weeks ago,my sister Iris made some tasty puffs in Taipei,
and she wrote the recipe on her blog. She suggested me to make puffs
by myself, since it is easy to do and the cute puffs are delicious!
This afternoon I was busy in the kitchen and made the puffs.
And out of my expectation, they are so so so tasty!
The puffs were my tea time today and will be my breakfast tomorrow!
It just took me one hour to make ten big puffs!

這次自製泡芙的唯一缺點就是內餡有一些結塊
但是味道很剛好
不會太甜 香草的味道也洽恰好
煮內餡的時候
火不能太大
要用中小火
不然就會結塊...
