已獲資格者考完又考 提早離場WhatsApp通水
香港文匯報訊 （記者 杜法祖） 警方首次破獲地產代理牌照考試作弊案，有已取得地產營業員資格的人士，仍不斷報考資格試，以計算機記下答案，並在考試完結前離開試場，再透過手機通訊軟件發送答案給另外其他考生，警方經調查，前日在黃大仙區一試場拘捕7名男女，當場檢獲多部涉案的計算機及手機，警方相信案件涉及其他人士，稍後會有更多人被捕。
被捕7人包括6男1女（20歲至51歲），其中一名29歲男子相信是協助作弊的主犯，他們全部因涉嫌串謀詐騙罪名被扣查，之後獲準保釋候查，5月下旬再向警方報到。
被捕7人非來自同一公司
據悉被捕7人並非來自同一間地產代理公司，二人相聚隻是短短的三十天有關串謀勾當亦不涉及金錢交易，警方正調查背後是否涉及其他利益。
黃大仙警區助理指揮官(刑事)周衍鴻警司表示，早前接獲地產代理監管局舉報，指在多場地產營業員資格考試中，有一名已考取地產營業員資格的男子不斷重考該試，認為有可疑，不排除有人從中協助其他考生作弊。
考生廁所接頭?答案
警方經調查後，終鎖定部分目標人物，發現有人每次考試時都會盡快完成試題，將答案轉為數字，如A轉為1、B轉為2、C轉為3等，如此類推的記錄在計算機中，並在考試完結前離開試場到洗手間等候，待接頭考生假裝去洗手間時，將有關記錄了答案的計算機交予對方進行作弊。
另外，有人通過手機WhatsApp應用程式開設群組，將有關答案在群組內發放供其他考生作弊。
及至前日，警方趁?考試進行途中，掩至黃大仙一試場採取行動，先在彩虹道拘捕1名目標男子，其後再於試場內拘捕另外5男1女，行動中共檢獲多部記錄有作弊答案的計算機及手機，案件現交由黃大仙警區重案組第2隊跟進。
涉案地產營業員資格考試每年會開考6次，每次考試兩個半鐘，考試開始後90分鐘可以離場，考生須答50題選擇題，答對30題才算合格，考生可帶計算機進入試場，手機則要放在凳底，而前日在多個不同試場共有1,400人應考，其中在黃大仙區的試場則有200名考生。
