I was asked to be the monthly secret guest for Papa John’s pizza restaurant since mid of this year. Every month the marketing department in head office sends me some coupons to use in the designee restaurant and write down my true feelings about the whole eating process. After doing the secret guests for several time, I found myself not secret anymore, the service there is getting better and better as time goes by. What surprised me most was when I came over this month, I had no needle to pick up from egg any more, they really did a perfect job. Every month I received a survey from the marketing department, on paper listed a few requirements and a few blanks for me to fill out. At first, there were some flaws indeed, my orders were not be understood and processed slowly, for many time I repeated again and again, a girl there still confused and made a mistake, I honestly wrote down all on my paper to pay my sincere hope on that restaurant because this is a world renown pizza house and we guest deserved the best service. Those waitress, obviousely, didn’t receive any training, very often, they looked very nervous by our fast ordering. Guest, not only me were easy to lose temper after repeating many times. But I have to say their food are really good, especially the chicken wings, the one I can’t forget everytime I go there,a must to me. Sometimes I feel Papa John is much better than pizza hut speaking of the food and history, I never saw any films with pizzahut but Papa John’s.

After finishing this time,hehe, I won’t do it any more. I witness their growth in the near 6 month and not any problem for this time on service. I’m so glad nowadays more and more people would like to try it and forget about pizzahut for a while. My God, why pizzahut always have lines waiting outside?

Without coupons, I will not go there to eat for sure, just hope it may beat pizzahut recently and develop more healthy:)
